AOA Dot Assay Kits

Intended Use
AOA Dot Assay kit is a rapid antibody test kit based on the principle of Dot Immuno Gold Filtration Assay (DIGFA), in which anti-ovarian antigen and anti-antibodies are used to detect Anti-ovarian antibodies IgG and IgM in woman serum specifically, and are intended to be an aid in the diagnosis of Infertility and habitual abortion in women. AOA prevents pregnancy
The positive rate of AOA of these patients (42.4-52.2%) is significantly higher than that of the normal pregnant women (3.2%), indicating that the existence of AOA is closely related to infertility and habitual abortion. The testing and confirmation of Anti-Ovarian level in serum is an important measure in the diagnosis and treatment of the women who suffer poor implantation, infertility, habitual abortion and in vitro fertilization (IVF) failure.
AOA and Infertility
Anti-ovarian antibodies (AOA) are antibodies created by women's body which damage a woman's eggs and ovaries and interfere with ovulation. They are common antibodies found in women's blood, but elevated concentration of anti-ovarian antibodies usually appears in the serum of premature aging women, patients with infertility and habitual abortion problems.
